Terms of PaymentYou don't have to pay in advance for most of our travel services!For instance, payments for accommodations in selected tourist-class hotels, land transfers, sightseeing tours, and some of our pleasure vacations and tour packages could be made in cash in US dollars when we greet you at the Airport upon your arrival in Thailand. However, some travel and hospitality services require prepayments or, at least, advance deposits.
In order to validate the ground travel services (vacations, tours, transfers, hotel accommodations, etc.) for the duration of your stay in Thailand, you are advised to submit our Validation Form. Likewise, you are always welcome to contact us via Email. Upon assessment of your requests, we shall notify you on availability of services, payment possibilities and the cost, the total amount and specified sum of advance payment.

After completing the transfer of your payment, please email us the details. You will get our confirmation via email as soon as the transfer acceptance have been approved by our bank. It normally takes 72 hours to complete the process of transferring money via banks. Please print that Confirmation Email and bring it along to Thailand in order to hand it over to the Thailand for YOU representative (guide) that will greet you at the Airport upon arrival. |
