For instance, payments for accommodations in the selected tourist-class hotels, land transfers, sightseeing tours, and some of our pleasure vacations and tour packages could be made in cash in Thai Baht (฿) or US dollars ($) after your arrival in Thailand, when we greet you at the Airport. However, some of the travel and hospitality services require prepayments or, at least, advanced deposits.

In order to validate the ground travel services (vacations, tours, transfers, hotel accommodations, etc.) for the duration of your stay in Thailand, you are advised to submit our Validation Form. Alternatively, you are always welcome to contact us via Email. Upon assessment of your requests, we shall notify you on the availability of services, payment possibilities and the cost, the total amount and specified sum of advanced payment.

Note!	To be able to use our Reservation Form, you must have your Airline ticket(s) with the date of your flight to Thailand confirmed. Refer to the Discount Airfares to Thailand for assistance.

Transfer of Payments

After completing the transfer of your payment, please email us the transfer details. You will get our confirmation via email as soon as the transfer acceptance have been approved by our bank. The process of transferring money via banks normally takes 72 hours (three working days).

Please print that Confirmation Email and bring it along to Thailand in order to hand it over to the Thailand for YOU representative (guide) that will be greeting you at the Airport upon arrival.
